Dale
Owner and CEO
Dale is a disabled veteran and the Chief Executive Officer at DEWCO. Dale holds an extensive background in optical sciences, physics, defense technology, and military operations.
After obtaining a Master’s Degree in Optical Sciences at the University of Arizona, Dale began teaching in the Physics Department at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. Later, after many years, he left this position to pursue a PhD at the University of Arizona. Shortly thereafter, Dale began working for the U.S. government as part of a project that involved developing nuclear weapons effects simulators. Later, he became the Program Manager for the Department of Defense.
After a long military career, Dale returned home and began working for the company his parents had started and nurtured for many years. He started in the warehouse, but worked his way up quickly. In 2003, Dale’s father retired and he inherited the company. Today, he proudly runs the business that has been upheld by his family for decades.
In addition to running his family’s business, Dale also enjoys reading science fiction novels and spending time with his grandchildren. His family and his country are the two things that he loves the most.
Ryan
Vice President
Ryan grew up in North Conway, New Hampshire. After pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Psychology at New England College, he obtained a Bachelor’s of Administration from Coastal Carolina University.
Since he began working in the industry almost five years ago, Ryan’s work has focused mainly on operations, sales, and technical solutions. He enjoys working at DEWCO due to the company’s family owned nature and spirited atmosphere.
Ryan’s work as a marketing and operations manager transcends beyond the office. Outside of work, he also assists with the activities of various volunteer enterprises and nonprofit organizations.
When he’s not at work or volunteering, Ryan spends his time outdoors and playing sports with his two children. Their many activities include wrestling, hockey, hiking, and exploring.
Mikel
Sales Specialist
Raised in Golden and Arvada Colorado. Highly motivated and detail-oriented able to learn quickly if interested. Enjoy sales of all types of building products and contracting projects. I enjoy the High Country, the Desert’s, and the Beaches of the western States with friends and family.
